Web Store customers can return unused product in resalable condition for a full exchange or product price refund within 15 days of receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
How to Request a Return:
Email us at cs3@magneticpoetry.com.
We will notify you where to ship the return. We will also notify you when your return is received at our facilities with an indication as to what will follow. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please consider using a trackable shipping service. Magnetic Poetry is not responsible for items lost in transit.
If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-10 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase.
Damaged / Defective Items
If you have received damaged or defective items, please email us at cs3@magneticpoetry.com within 15 days of receipt.
The return or refund process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in your email. In many cases, action (in the form of reshipment or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
If it has been determined that the defective product should be returned to us, please use only the pre-paid shipping label we provide; Magnetic Poetry cannot reimburse for any other return shipping costs. For cases other than damaged or defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
