Web Store Return/Refund Policy
Web Store customers can return unused product in resellable condition for a full exchange or product price refund within 15 days of receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
How To Request A Return
Call or email us at 1-800-370-7697 or email@example.com. Our business hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Central Standard Time.
We will notify you where to ship the return. We will also notify you when your return is received at our facilities with an indication as to what will follow.
If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-10 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase.
Who Covers Return Shipping Costs?
In cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by Magnetic Poetry representative to be defective, Magnetic Poetry will provide a prepaid return shipping label. If you have damaged or defective product, return the product only by using a Magnetic Poetry supplied pre-paid shipping label; Magnetic Poetry can not reimburse for any other return shipping costs. For cases other than damaged or defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If returning goods at your own expense, please consider using a trackable shipping service. Magnetic Poetry is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Returning Damaged / Defective Items
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer service department. In many cases, action (in the form of reshipment or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer. If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to Magnetic Poetry for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
